Most plans run around $245/month, depending on yard size and scope. Pest control is available as an add-on, and because we’re already there every week, it costs less than hiring a separate company.

How much does a new yard cost?
Every yard is different, so we don’t guess over the phone. After your free design visit you’ll get a detailed written proposal with a clear price, before any work starts. We’ll design around your goals and your budget.
Is the design visit really free?
Yes. We come out, survey the property, give you an estimate and a design rendering. There’s no cost and no obligation to move forward.
How do payments work?
Simple: 50% to lock in your spot on the schedule, and the balance on the day we complete your project.
What does your warranty cover?
All of our hardscape installs, including artificial turf and pavers, come with a 1-year comprehensive warranty.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. HomeHub is a licensed general contractor and fully insured.
What areas do you serve?
St. George, Washington, Santa Clara, Ivins, Hurricane, Cedar City and the surrounding Southern Utah communities.
Do I have to sign a long maintenance contract?
No. Maintenance plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. If we ever miss something, text us and we’ll come back within 48 hours to make it right, free.
I don’t know what I want yet. Is that okay?
Totally. Lots of people start with a feeling, not a plan. We’ll walk the yard with you, ask how you want to use the space, and bring the ideas.
